Cabin Fever / Temple, NH

March… cabin fever season. One can get grumpy.

In order to stave off cabin fever/grumpiness I headed out to make some photographs.

I ended up in the small town of Temple, NH (about 20 miles SSE of Antrim) and made a few photographs in and around the town common with my camera obscura.

  1. Quaint little town there!

Especially like the signage at the cemetery entrance and the town common shots. They appear more realistic with the camera obscura effect.

We’ll have to plan another excursion in the area sometime in the spring.

  2. There are places here in Maryland the look like these places. There is a cemetery up from Dan and Cyndi’s in the town of Brookeville. You might like it. Or even more, the Antietam Battlefield. Thank you for your pictures, so evocative of loss.
