{"id":2721,"date":"2014-10-29T21:00:35","date_gmt":"2014-10-30T01:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gorga.org\/blog\/?p=2721"},"modified":"2014-10-29T20:53:53","modified_gmt":"2014-10-30T00:53:53","slug":"puddles-of-sky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/gorga.org\/blog\/?p=2721","title":{"rendered":"Puddles of Sky"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday afternoon, I made a right at the end of our driveway and walked up the un-maintained section of Brimstone Corner Road.<\/p>\n<p>My plan was to make photographs of the yellow foliage (mainly beech) of the forest understory.<\/p>\n<p>However, I got distracted by the reflections in the puddles left over from last week&#8217;s rain.<\/p>\n<p>[scrollGallery id=319 autoscroll = false width = 600 height = 600 useCaptions = true]<\/p>\n<p>Despite the distraction, I did make a few photographs of the foliage along the way.<\/p>\n<p>About a mile up Brimstone Corner Road from the house, one comes to a &#8220;T&#8221; intersection that is actually in Hancock; this intersection is &#8220;Brimstone Corner&#8221;.
